Our client is a young and innovative company in the exciting Internet entertainment industry. They are now launching a new brand that will target the European market with a product portfolio consisting of highly competitive products within sports betting, casino, poker and games. The launch includes several European countries.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
The Affiliate Manager is reporting to the Head of Partnerships and will be responsible for the following activities:



1.Develop a portfolio of affiliates and commercial partners in Europe



2.Deliver traffic and cash-playing customers as per agreed targets.

 

3.Identify and implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, exploit new growth opportunities and maximise return on investment.

 

4.Recruit high-volumes of affiliate partners to ensure that our programme is one of the most visible in the industry.

 

5.Oversee production of all affiliates-facing advertising, brochures and other marketing collateral.

 

6.Manage and support affiliate and partner relationships with marketing advice, optimised and targeted analysis and reporting.

 

7.Work with the marketing team to create affiliate specific materials including landing pages and specific promotions to ensure programme efficiency

 

8.Ongoing management of gaming affiliate partners

 

9.Implementing strategies to maximize player generation from gaming affiliate partners

 

10.Monitor and report on performance of affiliates.

 

11.Manage all affiliate reporting and payments process. 
 



Education & Experience:
The successful candidate will have excellent English skills. It is preferred if you can demonstrate abilities to acquire new affiliates in the online gaming space.

Skills/Qualities:

1.Flexibility and creativity are important skills as well as the capability to combine hands on activities with a strategic perspective. Knowledge about the Internet, its possibilities and how to take advantage of these, is crucial. The candidate needs to be fluent in English (company language). Extensive knowledge of affiliate marketing and networks are significant.

 

2.Strong negotiator and commercially minded.

 

3.Strong relationship/account management skills.
